Recycled Wrap

I am always looking for ways to reduce, reuse, recycle. We've got a bit of packaging paper around the house, as well as random ribbons. Princess is always willing to do some decorating. With this awesome combo, we have homemade wrapping paper . . . all tied up in a lovely bow.

We've also used scraps of fabric or made fabric gift bags and wrap that we use each Hanukka! Have you tried any creative ways of wrapping your gifts? Tell me about it below!

  1. I often reuse wrapping paper, when it can be salvaged. I'm one of those tedious people who unwraps a gift just as carefully as it was wrapped. Drives my family nuts, they're the tear through kind, but I can almost always reuse my gift wrap. :P

Love the reusable fabric gift bags idea, I may just steal that. :D

    1. Princess isn't so careful when opening gifts, but this works well! In fact, a package arrived yesterday with more packing paper. I folded it up and put it in the craft closet. :)
