Monday Garden Club

It's Gardening Monday again! And yes, I'm running rather late.

Things are sprouting up all over! Yes, the garden is looking pretty good.

We put tomatoes in the ground last week. Three varieties of romas, two each for a total of six plants. The plan is to can a lot of tomatoes.

It looks like the potatoes are growing! We put some "eyed" pieces of potato in the ground and it looks like they're starting to grow. The Lizard King loves potatoes.

Now head on over to Aliceson's Feet Off the Table to see what's happening in her garden and anyone else who has joined in on the gardening fun!

  1. Awesome stuff! Looks like you'll have quite the yield come harvesting time. :D

  2. I love the way you put your garden together. I seriously want to get a garden going but we have to clear an area first... it happens to be covered with berry vines. :/
IDK what the growing season is around here... I need to look into that I guess.

  3. Thanks, Aliceson!

Looking forward to that yield, Sheri!

I hear ya, Crrystal. We didn't garden at all last year and I really missed it. That's kind of odd coming from me. I've never been much of a gardener. Two years ago was my very first garden ever. I have this things about getting my hands dirty. Yeah, I'm a just a bit prissy. ;-P
