Evaporation
The other night at dinner Princess brought up the subject of evaporation. She knows that water outside evaporates. However, she wasn't certain that water inside would evaporate. I suggested that we conduct an experiment to find out. Princess thought this was a fabulous idea.
I bet you all are waiting on the edge of your seat with anticipation!! We are making daily observations and have found that, yes, the water does in fact evaporate even when it is inside the house!

Evil mama tip: Speed up the experiment by carrying around a straw & discreetly sipping a bit of the experiment water every time you walk past! >:-)))
