We canned 73 pint size jars of tomatoes with tomatoes from our garden. This year, the Lizard King, Princess and I worked as a team on two Sundays. Princess was amazing!!! She worked for hours, cutting tomatoes. We had a great assembly line going. We so rocked it!!!
And only one broken jar.
My hope is that we've canned enough to get us through to the next canning season. Fingers crossed!
